Department Of Pediatric And Preventive Dentistry
The Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry is actively involved in educational,
skill development programs and activities for teaching and non-teaching faculty along
with students. Several activities were conducted on regular basis apart from regular
academic teaching.

Dr. Farhin Katge
Professor and Head
Dr. Katge is a graduate from Govt. Dental College, Mumbai and a postgraduate from Faculty of Dentistry, Annamalai University, Tamilnadu. An astute teacher, she has been in academics since 25 years. She has a number of publications and scientific presentations at various conferences to her credit. Currently, Professor, Post-graduate and PhD Guide and Head, Dept. of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.
Dr. Debapriya Pradhan

Dr.Pradhan is a graduate from Dental Wing SVC Medical College, Cuttack, Odisha and a post graduate from PGIMER Chandigarh. He has 15 years of experience in academics and has many publications to his credit. Currently, a Professor in Dept. of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.
Dr. Manohar Poojari
Reader
Dr. Poojari is a graduate from A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore and a post – graduate from SDM Dental College, Dharwad. He is active in research work and has several publications in reputed national journals to his credit. Currently, a Reader in the Dept. of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.

Dr. Vamsi has completed his graduation from P.M.N.M. Dental college, Bagalkot and post – graduation from Govt. Dental College, Hyderabad. Having 7 years of experience in academics he also has publications to his credit. Currently a Reader in the Dept. of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.
